Bazecity & our brands

What does Bazecity Technologies Ltd do?

Bazecity builds websites, business software, portals and integrations, alongside hosting, domains and business email. Our work connects a business’s online presence with the systems its customers and team use every day.

Who does Bazecity work with?

We work with businesses, founders, agencies and organisations that need a website, a digital service or a better way to manage an existing workflow. Tell us who will use the solution and the outcome you want to achieve.

Do you work outside Nigeria?

Yes. Bazecity works with businesses in Nigeria, across Africa and internationally. Include your location, preferred time zone and communication needs when you enquire so the project can be planned clearly.

Does Bazecity own telaHosting?

Yes. Bazecity Technologies Ltd owns telaHosting. Hosting, domain and related infrastructure services form part of the Bazecity portfolio. Current hosting plans and their order buttons are available in our hosting section.

How do your brands fit together?

telaHosting covers hosting and domains; telaForge provides website content management and telaStudio editing; telaPilot focuses on customer conversations and support; telaMail covers business email. Bazecity also develops software, licensing tools, plugins, modules and custom systems.

Are every product brand and agency the same legal company?

A product name describes a particular service; it does not by itself establish a separate legal entity. telaHosting ownership by Bazecity is confirmed here. If another business or agency claims an association, ask our team to confirm it through an official contact channel.

How can I verify that I am speaking with Bazecity?

Start from bazecity.com, use the account and support links published here, and check the full website address before entering account details. If an unfamiliar contact requests payment or access, verify the request with our team first.

Products & platforms

What is telaForge?

telaForge is our website content management platform. It brings published pages, media, site settings and installable Connectors into one administration environment. The features available to a website depend on its package and configuration.

What is telaStudio?

telaStudio is the website editing workspace used with telaForge. It lets authorised users work on page content, images and layouts, including shared website sections. Available controls and publication rights depend on the account’s permissions.

What are telaForge Connectors?

Connectors add a focused integration or capability to a telaForge website. Examples include hosting and domain catalogues, regional commerce, currency navigation and support. A Connector may need service credentials, configuration and a successful connection test before activation.

What is telaPilot?

telaPilot is our customer engagement and support platform for website conversations and related service workflows. Its website integrations connect the customer experience with configured account and support services. Check its current product information for available features and packages.

What is telaMail?

telaMail is the business email service within our portfolio. It is intended for email addresses using your business domain. Mailbox counts, storage, protection and synchronisation features are defined by the selected email plan.

What is the Bazecity licensing platform?

The Bazecity app provides the account experience for our software and digital-product services, including relevant order and licence workflows. The exact licence, activation, update and access rules depend on the product you purchase.

What does Bazecity Payroll Manager cover?

Payroll Manager is a Bazecity business software product for employee and payroll operations. Confirm the edition’s current features, user roles and setup requirements before ordering. Configuration and organisational responsibilities should be reviewed during implementation.

Do you offer plugins, modules, scripts and downloads?

Yes. Our product catalogue includes categories for website plugins, billing and hosting modules, business scripts, software, apps, templates and digital downloads. Each listing should be reviewed for its intended platform, included functionality and purchase terms.

Are all features available in every product or package?

No. A feature shown for one product or package should not be assumed to apply to another. Use the current listing, plan comparison and documentation, and ask us about any requirement that is essential to your purchase.

Websites & custom projects

How do I request a quotation?

Use our quotation request form at app.bazecity.com/quotes/request. Describe your business, the result you need, essential features, existing systems and any timing or budget considerations. The former /contact/request-a-quote/ address forwards to that form.

What should be included in a project brief?

Explain the problem, the intended users and the tasks the system must support. Include examples, required pages or workflows, integrations, existing content and important constraints. A clear business description is useful even without a technical specification.

Can you redesign or migrate an existing website?

Yes. Tell us where the website is hosted, what it uses today and which pages, URLs, content and integrations must be retained. Migration scope should cover backups, media, account access, email dependencies and launch checks before changes begin.

Do you build portals, SaaS tools and automation?

Yes. These are part of our development services. Describe the user roles, data, approvals, notifications and connections involved. We can then discuss the required scope and any dependencies on other systems.

How are project cost and delivery dates agreed?

They depend on the agreed requirements, content, integrations, review stages and technical dependencies. The written quotation or project agreement should define the price, payment stages, deliverables and planned schedule. A general enquiry does not establish a fixed deadline.

Who owns the finished work and source files?

Ownership, licences, source-code handover and access rights should be stated in the project agreement. Third-party software, fonts, images and services may have their own terms. Confirm these points before approving the work.

What happens if I need changes after approval?

Describe the change and the reason for it. Its effect on the agreed work, cost and schedule should be reviewed before implementation. Keeping decisions and approvals in one project conversation helps everyone work from the same scope.

Hosting & business email

Which hosting service should I choose?

Start with the workload: a company website, a WordPress site, business email, client hosting or an application server. Then compare resources, management responsibilities and billing options within that service. Ask for guidance if you are unsure what the workload needs.

Where do hosting orders go?

The hosting catalogue’s order buttons use the checkout of the connected hosting provider. For the current telaHosting catalogue, that is my.telahosting.com. Review the selected plan, billing period, currency and final order summary before paying.

Why can an annual plan show a monthly price?

A monthly equivalent helps compare annual plans. It is not necessarily a monthly payment arrangement. Check the full amount labelled as billed annually and the actual billing cycle selected at checkout.

Are backups, SSL and migration included in every hosting plan?

Inclusions differ by service and package. Read the current plan features and comparison. Check backup retention, restore procedures, migration scope and any eligibility conditions instead of assuming that an inclusion applies to every plan.

Can I use email with my own domain?

Yes. Business email uses addresses on your domain. Select a suitable plan and follow its domain and DNS setup instructions. Mailbox capacity, device support and security features depend on that plan.

Can you move hosting without disrupting company email?

Email needs to be considered separately from website files. Identify where mailboxes and DNS records are managed before planning a move. Ask the team to agree a migration approach that accounts for those dependencies.

Domains & regional websites

How do I search for a domain?

Use the domain search page to enter your preferred name. The provider’s registration process confirms availability, price and registration terms. A name displayed in an extension list is not a reservation.

Does a domain price include renewal and transfer?

Registration, renewal and transfer can have different prices and conditions. Review the relevant column, selected term and final checkout details for the extension you need.

Can an existing domain be used with a new website?

Yes, subject to access to the domain and its DNS management. Confirm the current registrar, nameservers and email records before changing anything. A website move does not always require transferring the registration.

What does the regional currency switcher do?

It directs visitors to an administrator-mapped regional website. A matching path is used when supported, with the destination homepage as a fallback. A region or currency selection does not by itself change the terms of an existing order.

Why might the displayed currency be fixed?

A hosting or domain display can use a declared or default currency with the selector hidden. The final checkout still confirms the actual currency and amount for the chosen order.

Accounts, orders & billing

Where do I log in to my Bazecity account?

Use app.bazecity.com for Bazecity account access. Our previous my.bazecity.com account address is being retired. Always use the account links published on this website.

Is my hosting account the same as my Bazecity app account?

Do not assume that separate service portals share the same sign-in. Hosting orders use the connected provider’s account flow, while Bazecity software and support links use the app. Follow the account details in the relevant service confirmation.

Where do software and digital-product purchases go?

Bazecity product order actions lead to the app’s store or the relevant product checkout flow. Confirm the selected product, edition, licence and final terms there before completing the order.

Which payment methods and currencies can I use?

Use the methods and currencies currently offered by the relevant checkout. They can vary by service and order. A website illustration or earlier price should not replace the final order summary.

Where can I ask about an invoice, renewal or payment?

Open a support request and include the order or invoice reference, service name and a clear description of the question. Do not send full card details or payment credentials in a general message.

What is the refund or cancellation policy?

The applicable product, service and purchase terms govern refunds and cancellation. Review the policy linked to your order and ask about any uncertainty before payment. This FAQ does not create a separate blanket refund promise.

Licences, installation & updates

How do I find my product licence?

Sign in to the Bazecity app account associated with the purchase and use the relevant product or licence area. If you cannot locate the order, send the purchase reference through support so the team can help identify it.

Can I use one licence on several websites?

That depends on the purchased licence. Check its permitted installations, domains or users before deploying to additional sites. Development, staging and production use may be treated differently by a product’s terms.

Will a product work on my server or website?

Check the listing and documentation for supported platforms, versions and required capabilities. Include your environment details when asking about compatibility. Do not assume every plugin, module or script supports the same installation requirements.

Are updates and support included forever?

Do not assume lifetime updates or support unless the purchased terms expressly say so. Review the licence and subscription conditions, including renewal requirements and the scope of assistance.

Can a product be customised or connected to another system?

Tell us what needs to change and provide the relevant public API or integration documentation. Custom work is scoped separately when it falls outside the included product features. Access requirements should be agreed through the appropriate secure channel.

Support & documentation

Where do I open a support ticket?

Open app.bazecity.com/support. Include the product or service involved and enough context to identify the issue. Keep follow-up information in the same conversation when it concerns the same problem.

What information helps resolve a technical issue?

Include the service name, relevant URL, version, exact error message, expected result, steps to reproduce it and any recent changes. Screenshots can help after personal data and credentials have been removed.

Where can I read product documentation?

Our documentation portal is docs.bazecity.com. Use the guide that matches the product and version involved. If a guide does not answer your question, include its title or URL in your support request.

How quickly will my request be answered?

Response and resolution depend on the service, issue, support arrangement and current availability. Any specific commitment should come from the applicable service agreement. Opening a request does not guarantee an immediate resolution.

Can I use WhatsApp for an enquiry?

Yes. The WhatsApp link published on this website is available for enquiries. For an existing technical or billing issue, a support ticket helps keep the service reference and conversation history together.

Should I open several tickets for the same issue?

Keep the same issue in one conversation so its context is not fragmented. Add new evidence or follow-up questions there. Clearly identify a different issue if you need to report it separately.

Privacy & account security

Should I send my password or recovery code in an enquiry?

No. Do not put passwords, recovery codes, secret API keys or full payment details into an ordinary enquiry or public screenshot. Ask the team how to provide any access that is actually required.

How should I prepare screenshots or logs for support?

Keep the relevant error and surrounding context, but remove private customer data, tokens and credentials. Describe what was happening when the error occurred so the evidence can be understood.

Where can I read your privacy and service terms?

Use the Privacy Policy, Terms and policy links on this website, together with any product-specific terms shown at purchase. Contact the team if you need clarification about a particular service or request.

Can you guarantee a particular security or compliance outcome?

Requirements depend on the system, data and agreement. Explain any security, retention or compliance needs before the work is scoped. A general service description is not a certification or a guarantee of a particular outcome.

Careers, partnerships & other questions

How can I enquire about working with Bazecity?

Visit the Careers page and send a professional introduction through the published enquiry route. Include your area of work and relevant portfolio or experience. An enquiry does not imply that a vacancy is currently open.

Can an agency or business propose a partnership?

Explore the Bazecity Partner Network for affiliate, agency and reseller, or enterprise opportunities. Apply through one Bazecity app account and describe the customers and work you have in mind. Eligibility, product scope and any commercial arrangement are reviewed before approval.

Can I request a consultation before deciding on a project?

Yes. Use the consultation page to explain what you need to discuss. A meeting time, format and any applicable fee must be confirmed with the team; sending an enquiry does not automatically book an appointment.

What if my question is not answered here?

Contact Bazecity with the product or service name and your question. Use the quotation form for new project scope and the support portal for an existing service. Clear context helps the team give a relevant answer.

STILL HAVE A QUESTION?

Let’s make it specific to you.

Use the quotation form for a new project, support for an existing service or contact us for a general company enquiry.

BAZECITY NIGERIA

Plan around the way your team works.

How does the Nigeria website relate to the global site?

Bazecity.ng provides guidance for the Nigerian audience and a naira buying context. Bazecity.com remains the global website. Account, quotation, partner and supported software-purchase workflows continue through the shared Bazecity app; documentation is shared through docs.bazecity.com.

Where should I confirm my price and service scope?

Use the current connected catalogue and review the full currency, billing period and final amount before paying. Hosting and domain orders continue with telaHosting. Custom development needs a written scope. Regional content does not create an additional product entitlement, an assumed tax treatment or an unlisted support commitment.
