HOW WE WORK

From a clear brief to a handover your team can use.

A useful project plan connects the business goal with the people, decisions and dependencies needed to deliver it. We agree the scope and review points before treating a launch date as a complete delivery plan.

A SHARED PLAN

Know what each side needs to provide.

Clear inputs and decisions help the work move forward.

01

Business and content inputs

Brand assets, accurate text, examples, requirements and an authorised person for feedback.

02

Technical dependencies

Existing hosting, integrations, required APIs and appropriately arranged access.

03

Reviews and changes

Timely feedback and a clear record of decisions. Changes outside the agreed scope are reviewed before implementation.

Plan around the way your team works.

Agree the decision-makers and inputs

Identify the person who approves content, design and technical work. Gather brand assets, accurate business information, existing URLs and details of the systems involved. State your working timezone and any launch window that matters to customers or staff so review and deployment arrangements are explicit.

Review the whole journey

Test the agreed workflows on relevant screens, including forms, account links and any purchase handoff. Review the content and access responsibilities as well as the visual design. The handover should explain the relevant administration, recurring services and support arrangement defined in the project scope.
